Referral is easy. Simply make sure that their details are entered into the following form and that your name is added to the final field. Our system will automatically ensure that you receive your £250 on completion of their first property purchase through us.

* Please note that the referral programme is on a per person not a per property basis. The maximum payment per referred purchaser is £250. The Worldwide Property Group reserves the right to make changes to this programme at any time without notice. Referral payments will only be made on property purchased by clients referred to us after the introduction of this programme (21st February 2010). Payments will not be made on purchases conducted by referred contacts who exist on our database prior to the referral. Please ensure that you have full agreement from any person that you refer to us. This is an opt in programme and any person referred to us will be asked to give full permission before their details are added to our database.
